Will my horse bite through it or break chunks off it ?
The Busy Buddy Pony Puck is very dense and hard.
If your horse can pin it against something, it is possible for them to break it or bite through it.
How long should a Pony Puck last my horse ?
It depends on the individual horse and the amount of time they have access to the puck.
It should last from 1 day to 3 weeks, if your horse can eat it faster then you need to hang it in a place that
makes it more challenging for him/her.
Is there a Pony Puck Holder ?
No .. You do not need a holder. You can simply hang with a rope or chain
or use one of the holders on the market such as the Lic N Spin, Likits Holder and the Jolly Apple.
Our Pony Pucks will fit all of these holders.
How should I hang the Pony Puck ?
Hang with a strong rope or chain making sure the horse can not get caught up in it.
It should be hung above your horses wither, enough so that they have to reach up to get it. If your horse is eating them too quickly hang them higher. Make sure it can not be pinned against anything. Have fun and be safe but creative !
